How to register with our service

The procedure for referring a client is as follows:

1. Obtain written consent from client to share information with us. (click here to download Client Consent Form - PDF : 187KB).
2. Send us a completed client questionnaire. (click here to download the Client Questionnaire - PDF : 849KB) We can accept documentation by email; brokers@debts.co.uk, fax: 0870 011 0634 or by post to: Debts.co.uk plc., Gisborne Close, Staveley, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S43 3JT.

Procedure we follow once a client is referred:

1. We will make contact with the client to discuss their situation in full and advise on the best option(s). The introducer will be kept informed of the situation at all times.
2. If the client is presented with more than one option, we will detail the pros and cons of the each option, and ask the client to discuss this with their introducer.
